Can I register for a ski course in advance by telephone?
You can request information about courses etc. by telephone. However, registration is only possible at the ski school office at the Stubnerkogel valley station or in our online store.
Can I also hire ski and snowboard equipment from you?
Unfortunately not, but just a few steps away from our office you will find 2 ski rental shopswhere you can get everything you need.
Do ski course participants need a lift pass?
Every course participant needs a lift pass. This is not included in the price.
When is the ski school and the office open?
Daily from 08.30 am to 4 pm
Where is the meeting point for the ski courses?
The meeting point for the children's and adult groups is in the beginners' area next to the valley station of the Stubnerkogel lift.
The meeting point for private lessons is in our office.
Do beginners need a ski pass?
Yes, there is a special lift pass for beginners for the practice area.
What languages do you teach in?
Children's groups: German, English and Scandinavian (Danish and Swedish)
Adult groups: German and English
Private lessons: German, English, Danish, Swedish, Russian, Czech, Polish.
Can I get a teacher at any time?
If you book at short notice, you may not get a private lesson at the desired time. To be on the safe side, we recommend that you book online.
What is the maximum number of people for group kusen?
The maximum group size is 12 people. However, we are trying to keep our group sizes small, also in your interest.
Do group courses also take place at the weekend?
Our group courses for adults take place from Sunday to Wednesday.
Our group courses for children take place from Sunday to Friday.
On Saturday we only offer private lessons.
Our miniclub only takes place in high season from Sunday to Thursday.
When will I get my money back?
In the event of injury or illness, upon presentation of a medical certificate.
From what age can children take part in a children's ski course?
All children from the age of 4 are welcome to join our children's ski courses!

Yes, helmets are compulsory for children up to the age of 15 in Austria.
